Terms of Service

By contracting OSO Infotech to build websites, mobile apps, or custom ERP systems, you agree to comply with the billing, development, and delivery terms listed below.

1. Development Blueprint

Every custom project begins with a blueprint phase where we compile technical requirements, endpoints, schemas, and mockup graphics. Development sprints only begin once you approve this document.

2. Milestone Payments

Invoices are issued in milestone sprints (typically 25% upfront, 25% mockup review, 25% staging checkout, and 25% final delivery). Sprints are suspended if invoice payouts are delayed by over 5 business days.

3. IP & Repository Ownership

We transfer full git repositories, databases, DNS, and hosting account controls to you immediately upon receiving the final milestone invoice payout. We retain no code control or runtime claims afterwards.

4. Post-Launch SLAs

All custom projects include 30 days of free post-launch support. Extended maintenance packages require separate service level agreements (SLAs).
